    THANK YOU for your tremendous service. I was quite dismayed when I found that the flight and price I found online was not available to me when I called the number I was prompted to call. The first representative charged me $1025.45 - $137 more than the quoted price online and said that the discount code could not be applied. I called back when I went online and refreshed my computer site and found that in fact 4 seats were still available at the $888.45 price. You were quite professional, calmed me down, and worked with me for over 32 minutes to try to help me rectify my frustration and retain my reservation. After a lengthy hold, you let m know that your supervisor would honor the online pricing. An additional $37 for taxes was added, but your calm demeanor and superb interpersonal skills helped me to see that you were working to make me a happy customer - I really appreciate the extra effort you took to help me... YOU truly made the difference and I just wanted to tell you that you must be a part of the Smart Fare A Team!!!!!

    The email is to let you know that Ms. Maggie Hunt, your employee, was of considerable assistance to me the other day. It was a multi-stop routing that involved plane, train, rail and automobile considerations. She was knowledgeable and patient with an elderly gentleman in his 90’s. who also has a hearing problem. Her diction an enunciation were excellent and very much appreciated by myself.

    As an executive of many years, I would recommend this young lady for advancement in duties requiring public interface, assuming she has the necessary technical qualifications.

    I just wanted to write you back and let you know what a fantastic job you did in booking a trip that i was have a great amount of difficulty doing myself.

    Not only were you very professional and pleasant to talk to you also worked miracles for me.

    The price of the fare was exactly what we wanted to pay and the flight times met my needs more than you know.

    I will now be able to pick my friend up from the airport right on my way home from work and will be able to drop her back off on my way to work on her departure date. No trying to figure out how she is going to get to and from the airport !!

    Hello, I recently booked flights for myself and 3 other family members traveling to Kauai in April with your company, I contacted an operator because of the unadvertised rates banner on your website, we were finding fares that frankly, were more than we anticipated. I was greeted and assisted by Mr. Brock Lee. Brock was expert in finding flights for us from Chicago to Kauai at an excellent price, much better that any fares we had seen over the last few weeks. Once Brock took all our information and the flights were booked we received e-mail confirmation almost immediately. Unfortunately, as I understand, the original airline overbooked and could only accomadate 3 of us and not the 4th person. Brock contacted me immediately and went to work once again trying to find flights, this was no easy task as I had placed certain limitations on him, namely price. We were not prepared or willing to spend more than the original agreed price and we had other limitations regarding what times we could leave from our original airport of choice. I must give a glowing recommendation to Brock, he not only worked fervently to match our original price but he was able to get us flights out of Detroit (where we live) therefore making our trip much easier. Brock's professionalism patience and his singleminded goal of not only meeting my demands but to exceed them will forever be the standard I measure all future customer service by.

    I wanted to say how helpful Suzane was to me...I originally encountered her today, 2/6/15, on 'chat' because I had booked the wrong flight in error. She immediately cancelled the flight for me, and I asked her if she could help me find the flight(s) I needed...
    I had been looking on all types of sites and could not find the flights I needed at a price I could afford...and over the past 24 hours, the prices had been going up... I am meeting a group in Quito Ecuador so had to fall within their time requirements to get there and depart. Suzane looked up so many different flights and possibilities, spend so much time, on chat, and on the phone...finally booked a flight I don't think I ever would have found on my own...I can breathe now and prepare for my trip!

This is in reference to your Reservation Code #Z6SI96 (Domestic) and the second part or connecting flight to Reservation Code #Z6SHIF (International).

    From talking with you and my good sense of the gentleman and professional person you are, I am confident that a credit of $531.56** you had mentioned and approved to be applied back to my wife's bank card (M/C) ending in #4773 will be done; and I deeply appreciate that.

    I must also give... you, Val, and a couple other individuals kudos and admiration for the excellent customer service y'all have given me. However, as I had mentioned to you, there is one individual... I believe his name is either Fred or Bernard (please check with Val on this); who does not share the same compliment I have expressed. He was insulting, disrespectful, belittling, unprofessional, and does not know the meaning of providing excellent customer service. Please check your recordings of the numerous conversations and you will find these accusations of mine to be true and well warranted. I will hope you will take appropriate and necessary actions towards this individual because I would not want to wish another customer treated the way he had treated me.

    In a positive note, I will not hold this recent experience and the empty outcome of our attempted business transaction upon SmartFares.com on future trips that I may have to take.     On Sunday Evening, March 08, 2015, I called in to make a reservation for an emergency trip I have to take from Los Angeles to Houston and spoke to Glen about booking a flight. He made the reservation and sent me my email confirmation. I checked the email while he was on the telephone and I found a few things we needed to correct. I thought we had corrected everything and I thanked him for his help.

    This morning, Monday, 03/09/2015, I went to Delta Airlines website to print my boarding pass but the system stated I had no reservation. I then called your company and was connected to gentleman who stated the airline did not honor the price that was confirmed to me the night before. I was very nervous and upset because it is essential I get to my daughter in Houston, not to mentioned prices had changed drastically in one evening. I asked to speak to someone else and I was connected to THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for Airline ticketing EVER, Mr. Israel. He was calm, courteous and ready to assist me in any way possible. Israel took all the information he needed to assist me, he assured me he would do everything in his power to resolve my situation. He told me he would call me back and when he did (in a timely manner) he had exceeded my hopes of getting the same price I was given the night before. I received a better flight, no stops, a better flight time and assistance with purchasing baggage boarding.

    Israel is the type of representative everyone hopes to encounter when there is a problem In ANY personal or business transaction. I am very satisfied with how he assisted me. He turned a stressful emergency situation into a pleasant resolution. I cannot say, thank you enough for Israel doing a job well done, representing God, himself, his family and last but certainly not least your company. He is truly an asset. I wish Israel's attitude and commitment to excellence could be multiplied by 1,000,000.00. Thank you again for all your help!

    I booked a trip quickly on Air Gorilla the other day, on the recommendation of my neighbour. He said he was never disappointed with the rates there. I live in China and my family lives in Canada. My whole family thought my grandmother was dying, so I needed to book a flight home fast. I figured I didn't need a refund policy and I know your cancellation policy is pretty clear.... no cancellations, no refunds. Today, suddenly my grandmother wasn't dying anymore and I could stay in China instead of travel across the world for the 7 days leave that my work gives me for a death in the family. I needed to cancel! Deston answered the phone and he was friendly and understanding. When the phone cut out, he sent me an email and I had my mom call him back because I had to go to work. He gave me a credit for a new flight within a year! What a swell guy.
    I will definitely be using Air Gorilla in the future. I travel a lot and will recommend your site to all my friends. (People ask me where I get my tickets A LOT). Thank you for the excellent service.

All of this is most heartening, but of course, spinal injuries take time, patience, persistence and fabulous care--all of which he has going for him.

    This is to inform you that Gayle is an excellent customer service representative. I bought a ticket from cheapflightnow, however I called to cancel the ticket and had great difficulties in understanding the processes involved in doing so. Gayle took me through a step by step process and helped me to fully understand the process. He tried everything he could in order to provide the support i needed.     I couldn't stop myself from writing this email for the kind of help that I got from our SOD team as there was an issue that required immediate attention as well as a resolution.

    I went to the SOD desk for a resolution and within seconds of informing about the issue Everett and Morell provided a resolution as it involved authorization from an SOD. Not only that Everett went running up and down to get the tickets issued and helped to get the resolution by going out of the way.

    Thank you so much for the assistance you provided me today. All reservation we discussed above are satisfactory. I thank you too for calming me down as I was so upset after speaking to another representative named Stewart.

    I felt it was unacceptable the service I was provided when speaking to Stewart. I initially was told there was a flight available that I can be on leaving at 4:02. After, being on hold so long I was then told that flight was gone and I could possible make the 7:20 flight. I rushed home to prepare to fly out at the earliest I could and would have made the 4:02 flight with no problem. I would be by my daughter's bedside right now instead of typing this letter.

    I called Stewart back to let him know we would accept that 4:02 flight and would leave home right now. Stewart was calling me back at the same time, but the call soon went very wrong. I was so frustrated and agitated because I was placed on hold for so long time was passing and I knew I would not make that flight and I would not be able to get to theTN hospital which my daughter had been taken to in a emergency situation. Again, Stewart came back to the telephone after another long wait saying I am sorry that 2nd flight did not have two seats available but one person could go tonight and one in the morning. That was very frustrating again because my husband and I had a emergency not just one of us and Stewart took my information, my Visa Card and was confirming the flight and again it was gone. I became very frustrated to the point my head begin to hurt and anxiety kicked in because I realized I would not be able to leave town today at all. Again, Stewart put me on hold and was gone for a while. Then suddenly the phone beeped to let me know the call I was holding on had ended. I nearly freaked out because I thought No, he didn't just hang up on me after all that. Well, I guess he did because Stewart never came back to the phne or called me back. I thought he would because he had taken my information for the reservation and I never heard from him again.

    I called back and was able to reach Charon, still very upset I thought I was about to be treated the same way I was when talking to Stewart. But, I calmed down and allowed Charon to help me move this process along. Although, I was not able to get a flight out for tonight I am sure Charon tried everyting he could and he called me back several time as he promised he would do to make sure the flight reservations was received and satisfactory. Now, I will have to stay in contact with the hospital in TN all night and I pray to God that she lives through this ordeal she is now faced with. At lease now I can pray in a much calmer state. Thank you Charon! God bless you, there are still people that are caring enough to help when someone is in a bad situation. You are to be commended.

    I'm so Thankful, for that Awesome Man, that Helped me. I have email's Confirming, my Flight, and the COST amount, in 3 calls, person to person, and 3 email's I asked Troy over, and over what is, the Cost Can,,$. I was told 168.00$, each, he wrote that to me also, to Confirm, our flight. It's in your log of conversation's I believe.

    Mistake's happen, were Human right, lol. I'm so Happy you sent me this email, TY TY, and TY, I wish, my trip was, for pleasure, however my Brother, was killed suddenly, his wife, is waiting for our family to come to Alberta, for the service.

He examined the issue, asked me questions, reviewed documents, refered to someone And courteously, humanly, and professionally explained what happened and reported to me the solution in no time, in no ambiguity. The solution that was fare and just. That was honesty. That was right thing to do. GUESS WHAT:

    Zoltan was helpful and very clear about price changes which can fluctuate from minute to minute. I was satisfied with the price offered and happy to be travelling on a major airline - Delta - for this price.

    The website said I have 12 hours to claim a refund if not satisfied. I am pretty sure I will be happy with this ticket, but if it is your policy to wait 12 hours then issue the ticket, please do that.

    I went online with frustrations on booking my family's vacation trip to the mainland to visit other family and friends. The itinerary consisted of a multi-city trip, plus hotel and car at each city.
    It has always been uneasy to book a vacation trip.

    Your customer support Eugene went out of his way to help me have a great experience and that all hope is not lost in booking my family's trip. (lol) He actually went through the trouble of getting me multiple options in hotels until i was satisfied with the hotel, its location, its price. as well as the information of the hotel. I applaud him due to not only the hotel but he did that as well for the car rental and the flight itinerary (for each city). He also provided me his advice, opinion, and reason as to why I should pick the hotel, car, and flight. For every question I had, he was very knowledgeable and quick into giving me the right and answer and information.

    Working his position as to dealing with different people everyday and from one's experience I must admit shamelessly that, I have given him a hard time.. or I played as the customer that nobody would want to deal with. Yet he was and had handled the situation very professionally. I'd like to apologize to him again but most of all THANK HIM and let you know how much of a great customer support he has given. From beginning to end he did his job more than he needed to... 120% GREAT JOB WELL DONE!...

    Because of Eugene my family and I can enjoy and look forward to our trip, and my frustration was put to ease. I would highly recommend him as well as smartfares.com because of him.

    Last week I called the travel help desk in a panic after air France informed me we were not registered for our connecting flight from Paris to tel Aviv. Mr. Donald handled my case with the highest degree of professionalism. I was irate and upset, having been told by air France that the error was made by Smartfares, and Mr. Donald courteously and patiently dealt with my situation, twice calling two different air France reps to clarify the error and reassure me.
    In the end it seems the booking number had been changed. I had given air France my original number which indeed showed we had been dropped from the flight, but air France neglected to check my name against other booking numbers. All has thankfully been resolved, thanks to Mr. Donald's patient and professional help, we are looking forward to returning home and plan to book future travel plans with you.

    To whom it may concern:

    I was having a REALLY bad night Friday. That changed, momentarily. I had scored a flight from Miami to Sofia, Bulgaria, that night, for about $665. This was major for me. I'm with a group of doctoral students who are going to learn about Bulgaria's bureaucracy and how it has basically been built from scratch after protests and the like. If that opportunity wasn't awesome enough, this was going to be my first trip out of the U.S. I grew up poorer than dirt in West Virginia and went through a dogfight to get into and succeed in a Ph.D. program in Miami. I'm one of those, In America, you can succeed! poster children. I need to stand behind Barack Obama for some kind of bill signing of some sort. The bill had better be an awesome one and not one that'll just fund a worm museum in Kansas or something lame like that. I wasn't going to be able to go on the trip at first because the airfare was too high. I found the flight with your company, and it was doable. I booked it. Life was good, then. America couldn't have been prouder.

    Enter, Chase bank.

    Chase flagged my purchase for fraud, and in the process of just a few minutes, the fares online were already shooting up. Your company's alone went up by about $100, and I believe it was in less than an hour's time. As I mentioned before, I was already having a bad day. My school's computer system is all screwed up, we likely have a tropical storm (maybe a hurricane) coming, half of the parking at my complex is gone because our management brilliantly thought the time when a giant storm was hitting was perfect to pave the parking lot and I barely made it home in time to park halfway close to my home, someone at a store where I had to stop had an unruly hell child screaming directly in my ear and did nothing about it, I had to drive through Miami traffic for all of this... Oh yeah, I also had to go through a nerve test today that involved five needle sticks in each arm and electrical shocks afterward. My hands and arms are either sore, burning or numb, depending on the spot. So, I wasn't a happy camper as it was. Chase's actions were like being doused with the urine of Satan.

    I called Chase already irate to find out what was up when my card was declined when I had more than enough to cover the charge, and while the fraud flag causing this was lifted, the guy from Chase who had the personality of Jack Nicholson's Joker said Chase would not compensate me for any additional flight charges I would incur as a result of their actions. I basically turned into Health Ledger's Joker and let the (insert your favorite Sunday School word here) from Chase have it. I was a raging human tornado of hate after that call. I then called to see what I could do about that flight.

    Enter, Francis.

    So, I explained the mess with Chase to Francis, and, yeah, it took some time and listening to some foul language here and there from me (Sorry, man. Chase was turning me into a monster.). Francis, the bravest soul on earth, worked some magic and not only got me the same flights I had originally booked. He got me the same flights at the same exact price, stayed on the line with me until we got everything confirmed (including the card approval to avoid the same mess) and got an itinerary to me. As I told Francis, he delivered a better present to me than Santa Claus could have ever imagined. Somebody needs to get this guy a sleigh, Rudolph, and those douchebags who wouldn't let Rudolph play reindeer games and deservedly won't go down in history. I'm looking at you, Blitzen.

    So, supervisors, Francis deserves a medal, a huge fat raise, his own throne in your office made of gold and purple velvet, really hot guys/girls (whatever he likes is all good with me) feeding him chocolate with fine wine, and anything else in the name of awesome you can devise. Whatever it is, it has to be awesome. That's my main requirement.

    Seriously, he helped a West Virginia girl get from Miami to Bulgaria with a stop in Paris in between both times. This is huge for me. This is major. Francis is my hero and then some.

    Supervisors, please deck out this fine employee of yours accordingly.

    It's a pleasure doing business with you. I'll be keeping you in mind when I travel again.

She contacted me at the end of July to tell me about a flight cancellation and asked to move my flight times up. Unfortunately, the new time would not work with our schedule because we were returning from a cruise earlier that same day.     As per Andrea , she was very disappointed because she booked a reservation with us but agent booked it with wrong name so she called back and spoke to many other agent but either they were rude and some of them have disconnected the calls but when she spoke to Sheryl 4 days back and told about wrong name entered by booking agent . Sheryl promised and followed up with her and spoke to airline to get the name change and finally today it was done

    Spoke with one of our satisfied customer Dana (2U5S8E) and he appreciated the efforts applied by Kathy in converting the reservation.

    He not only appreciated but insisted for a raise as Kathy did exceptionally well on the call.

    I just got off the phone with a young man named Deston out of your offices in San Diego CA. I was extremely impressed with his patients. He found me the best prices, times and dates for 3 passengers flying from MPS to PBI Fl. My mother is 95 years young and so I needed a shorter layover and also a wheelchair for her which he arranged. With my sister's work schedule he was also able to work around that.

    Deston is a big asset to your company and I will highly recommend your company to friends and family.

    I am retired from General Mills here in MN and worked in their customer service area for years so I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond what is expected, which he did. I also believe that when someone does such an outstanding job they should be recognized for it and thanked.

    I would like to take this opportunity as well to provide my feedback on my experience speaking with you. I am very pleased with the way you have handled my call. You had been very patient, friendly, and clear with your explanations on why I am paying additional amount. More importantly, I appreciate your effort to check with your supervisor if it would be possible that my previous payment can be used as partial payment instead of me paying the total new amount and waiting for the refund of my previously cancelled reservation—this is an extremely valuable effort, and I am grateful.
    I find also the process of your company—noting details of calls on your record, sending emails immediately so clients can validate during the call, and waiting patiently for client validation—extremely efficient and satisfying.
    Finally, I would like to add that I had a similar wonderful experience with the previous agent that handled my call—Steven Flower—he was also a great customer service agent!

    I just wanted to send a quick email and let you know how impressed I was with Amy's customer service !
    My husband originally booked tickets with Air Canada, but they were rejected due to the infants. We called up when we noticed the flight fee were deducted, then refunded onto our credit card - the gentleman my husband spoke to was not very helpful and said everything was fine. Luckily I rang up to confirm bassinet seats as it was only yesterday we found out from Amy we didn't actually have tickets booked with Air Canada.

    Anyway, Amy was so efficient and very good at communicating where we were at in rebooking with United Airlines - it took a lot of stress off me and it was really nice to have everything sorted out so quickly!

    I am flying for 45 yrs and has 4,55,000 miles in account. Justin did realy nice things and behave professionally. He has very good knowledge. You gus are smart people. Most of the agents have knowledge about bookings but Justin has knowlege about product. He saves my time and money. He check for several options and provide the best. I always make reservations with Smartfares. I had dealt with people who don't have much knowledge but Justin thinks out of the box. I asked him to book for a specific flight but he thought for some more options and provide me a flight for the day I didn't though of which seems to be a better option. He is very clever, has free will and shows sign of leadership. Its realy good doing business with someone who knows what he is doing. I loves booking with smartfares.

    As per Mr Norfleet, Annette is the best agent she had spoke till now. She is very good in selling and knows what she is talking about. She has a great knowledge about the product and has done her job very well.

    According to him, he will only contact Annette to book any of his reservations that he would plan in future.

He was very very patience and helpful throughout the call and not once he had complained about the hold i kept placing him on. Your other two staff member that i called earlier were rushing me and one of them said he will hang up and call me back but he never called back therefore i made the call again and kendrick answered. If it was another customer they wouldnt even bother calling back to book through you guys He searched up the location to where my cruise is departing from and gave me the details to how i can get there saving money and better flight which suits my arranged time. He went way an extra mile for me and i would love to have him work with my own work company where customers are valued...     Hello, I would like to take time to tell you about one of YOUR VALUED EMPLOYEES by the name of EUGENE. I had been looking for plane tickets to California for the last two months but being a single parent with a special needs child my funds were looking dim for this flight for my kids to see there grandparents for Christmas. I was just about to give up if I had not found any cheap tickets today. So I used SMART FARES last year and Arthur help me. I got a good deal I and I saw his email form last year and thought I would give you guys a try since I got such a good deal last year. Well I did and I got Eugene and he really WORKED HIS MAGIC and got me a really GREAT DEAL.
