    Brielle:
    Let me hasten to express my profound THANK YOU for your time and effort spent in assisting me earlier. In retrospect, I should have asked to speak to you after my second failed communication, then I would not have had to send the two emails and made ten (10) calls seeking answer to this one simple matter - an electronic copy/explanation of invoice for the 9 tickets I purchased. I was saddened and frankly livid that other consultants I dealt with were so ineffective - in some cases, not even the common courtesy of returning a dropped call. But you did! What a difference it made! For what I went through yesterday thru today, I was convinced that I need not consider to engage in any form of business with Travelerhelpdesk ever. You have made the difference for possibly consideration for future travels, but only if you are the Consultant from that end.
    Brielle, you are an ASSET to the Organization. Please continue to maintain the same calm and professional demeanor as you work with the public.
    Again, I thank you for all that you did for me in less than fifteen minutes. I'm confident that it will overflow to others who may be in need of similar services.

    Excellent service from mr. shayne. He was so helpful and considerate at a time when the airlines and all other agents were not able to offer proper guidance (in fact, United made me hold the line for three hours and I could not event get to and agent at the end).     Please be advised that Casper has been tremendously helpful to me at one point we were disconnected while I was dialing the phone Casper called me back. He was very patient gave me tremendous advice everything I didn't understand explain to me in detail. I am very please with I am very please with Caspers help largely because of him I intend to use the service again

    He stated that Stone was very patient with him as he almost took an hour to decide for flights and he kept on advising the fares. Also, appreciated the efforts of Stone in searching the lowest fare.

    Dear Sir or Madam:
    I wanted to let you know that I received excellent customer service from Mr. Hardy M. My employer required that the receipt show the credit card number and the amount charged, which is different from the standard receipts that you issue. Mr. Hardy was happy to help me and did a good job of doing so.

    I have already told people how much I liked smartfares.com, and now I have one more reason. Also, I was happy with the short wait time.

    Dear Aidan ,
    Thanks A lot brother , It was a marathon call that you took for me today and got the job done when every one else denied it. (India ticketing + Airlines ) I know it's not easy to take a call for 3+ hours and assist other agents as well, as there was no one else available today.
    Not only You helped me to make money on this call but because of you i can keep my head high in front of my client as now i delivered what i promised .

    I have some feedback for you on my recent interaction with your company.

    I tried to book a flight for my daughter from Vancouver Canada to Bali on the website but was prohibited because she is 16 at the time of flying.

    I used your messaging service and was quickly in touch with Eugene who helped me book the flight.

    The customer service I received was very good. If the confirmation from the air line goes through I will recommend your company to others.
    As a frequent traveller I value good customer service.

    Barbara wanted to compliment Wicus for offering an excellent flight with perfect timings. She said that Wicus did an excellent , outstanding job to provide best service in terms of flights in their severe situation.

    I would like to thank you for everything you did to hlp me with my son's trip to Lisbon Porugal. He is now back and had a wonderful time with his grandmother….
    It's people like yourself who take the time to help others .... after numerous of phone calls and email back and forth you were kind and very patient with me.....
