    Let me hasten to express my profound THANK YOU for your time and effort spent in assisting me earlier. In retrospect, I should have asked to speak to you after my second failed communication, then I would not have had to send the two emails and made ten (10) calls seeking answer to this one simple matter - an electronic copy/explanation of invoice for the 9 tickets I purchased. I was saddened and frankly livid that other consultants I dealt with were so ineffective - in some cases, not even the common courtesy of returning a dropped call. But you did! What a difference it made! For what I went through yesterday thru today, I was convinced that I need not consider to engage in any form of business with Travelerhelpdesk ever. You have made the difference for possibly consideration for future travels, but only if you are the Consultant from that end.

    Dear Sir or Madam:
    I wanted to let you know that I received excellent customer service from Mr. Hardy M. My employer required that the receipt show the credit card number and the amount charged, which is different from the standard receipts that you issue. Mr. Hardy was happy to help me and did a good job of doing so.

    I have already told people how much I liked smartfares.com, and now I have one more reason. Also, I was happy with the short wait time.

    I have some feedback for you on my recent interaction with your company.

    I tried to book a flight for my daughter from Vancouver Canada to Bali on the website but was prohibited because she is 16 at the time of flying.

    I used your messaging service and was quickly in touch with Eugene who helped me book the flight.

    The customer service I received was very good. If the confirmation from the air line goes through I will recommend your company to others.
    As a frequent traveller I value good customer service.

    Mr Hardy, is by far the best costomer service representative you all have. His patience and his compassion to resolve our situation was beyond the standard line. We had a big problem with the dates for a family funeral. Hardy helped us get all our much needed money back (because we don't have a lot of it) for this emergency within the family.     Dear Smart fares,

    Thank you for the itinerary change notification. I have confirmed with Turkish Airlines that the Tel Aviv to Istanbul connection on the return flight April 19th is an adequate time allowance at 1 hour and 10 minutes so that there is no need for change there.

    Based upon this information we hereby accept the new flight option for this reservation.

    Furthermore, I wish to personally thank Mr. Salton for his tireless and patient help in this difficult situation. We were three days from leaving on a trip that we have planned for over a year and to have the airline tell us that our reservation would not work caused no shortage of pandemonium.

    Through it all, Salton remained helpful and reliable. He called when he said he would, he gave realistic options for solutions; and his service was thoughtful and dependable. It is men with integrity like Salton that make companies great; and I am so thankful that he was there to help us when we needed it.

    Hello there!
    My name is Judi O'Neil and I am a client of Student Universe. I am writing in order to relate a marvelous experience I had with one of your help desk supervisors named Sumner.

    I had a flight booked for Florida, which was cancelled TWICE. Not only did I lose the flights (SPIRIT Airlines), but also, the great rates. As a Special Ed Teacher, my vacation time is restricted to school vacation weeks, only. Therefore, time was of the essence and the week was already quite booked across most major airlines due to the high volume of travelers during school vacation. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, as I was QUITE upset after the second cancellation. In addition, a previous service rep had incorrectly stated that my credit card was rejected - which was NOT the case, as my credit card Rep later verified for Mr. Sumner via 3-way telephone call. How lucky for me that I got the wonderful Mr. Sumner....

    Not only did he empathize and agree with my frustrating situation, but he found me & my husband a flight on a much better carrier, for a shorter flight. Regretfully, I had to pay $100 more for each ticket, for a total increase of $200, but at least a flight was finally found....and booked.

    I was SO PLEASED with the level of customer service (but NOT paying $200 extra), I just had to write and tell you about this marvelous man who helped me in the best possible way, was a total gentleman, and exuded kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism.
    You MUST recognize this amazing gentleman, and bring this letter to the highest level of management.

    I wish to thank the staff at the Traveler Help Desk, Especiall Hardy, who helped me through a difficult day.

    I was trying to book a flight from the Philippines yesterday, and after several hours received my confirmation, only to discover that the card was never charged due to a misunderstanding between the call back number and the Visa card number on file. Boris (lady) was serving me, and she should have confirmed that the charge was being made, but didn't. I thought everything was okay.

    I was sent an e-mail this afternoon before 3pm saying that my hotel was cancelled. I called you folks, and after being on hold for half an hout, I discovered that the flight was cancelled as well.

    I frantically tried calling several companies, adn sending in copies of my ID to your company. Unfortunately, TROY kept me waiting a very long time, and we got disconnected twice. He bever called me back, and I tried calling him from Two phone lines at the same time, to see if someone could see my e-mail I sent him, but then he was on break.

    Considering that I am also trying to communicate with the other party on the other side of the world, I was very upset. This person should NOT be working for your company. I actually Own a call centre, and this should never happen.

    I called back many times after this, and sent my ID in again, and by this time HARDY was able to get the same flight, and the same hotel, for a little bit more. I accepted, mentioning that I might still have a problem on the other end with the other party almost 20 hourse later. He assured me that it would be possible to help me.

    Sure enough, ther was a problem, and I called him back. Now we are at 24 hours later, and even though he didn't have to, he called me back several times until the problem was resolved. I am just waiting on the hotel. Assuming he will come through again, which I believe he will, I will not lose that much money, and I won't have to pursue a Credit Card Dispute.

    Even though I am losing a few hundred dollars, I feel better and my ordeal is over. I thank you HARDY, and please take my comment seriously about the other staff. You can't afford that.

    Received an app call for agent Oscar where customer was extremely happy with the service offered by Oscar. As per customer Oscar has earned himself honesty , he was so patient, so precise and be proud on him he is doing excellent job, he has been extremely helpful, please give him a raise.

    Only Francis was the one who gave my right response. kept words and gave me the same flight and at same price i was promised for. I highly appreciate business and talking with him, thank you for your help.     To whom it may concern,

    I just want to let you know of the experience I have had tonight while trying to book flights for my two small children along with myself from Orlando FL to Phoenix AZ.

    It started off with having to book my children their return flights to ensure that they would be on the same flight as my nephew, b/c I will be having surgery and only staying in AZ for 4 days. So after I book their return flights, I was told to book my own round trip flights first, then book my children 2 one-way flights. After booking my round trip I then notice that I am not able to book their flights anywhere, outside of calling Delta directly to book, and they were asking $850 total! My round tri flight came up to $407 TOTAL! So of course I am livid, I have a migraine and can not believe no one can help me!! Well, I remember a friend told me that she books all of her flights via your company. I looked you up and that is when God put Hayden in my path! Hayden booked the flights for my children with ZERO problems! He gathered their information, got my flight itinerary and BAM! they now have the same departure flight that I do! I haven't made any flight reservation in YEARS! And as I stated, we are taking this trip because I need to have surgery and my sister is staying with my kids so that I may focus on my recovery. So in essence this isn't just a vacation, it is necessary! If you ask me, Hayden went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me where I had been denied quite a few times, or in my opinion over priced! He got my blood pressure to go back down, he calmed me down, relieved my stress, and made a LOYAL customer out of me!

    I hope that you realize the AMAZING asset, that Hayden is in your company!! He is a wonderful example of customer service and I hope that if he chooses to stay around, he is recognized for outstanding customer service!

    I would like to take some time to tell you about my experince with Kane Myers. I had the pleasure of speaking with him on Thursday for the first time. I had contacted him out of desperation becuase the staff at smartfares told me there was nothing to be done but to just waste my trip. Kane, in the other hand, took his time with my issues. He called me, emailed me, called me again. He went above and beyond of what I think is his job. He even offered to fix my problem on his day off. How amazing is he? He managed to save me lots of money. Calling LAX and Frankfurt if there was anything that he could do to help me. In conclusion. He is the best customer service representative I have ever had the chance to contact. I am so pleased with the level of customer service he provided. He gave me peace of mind and someone to talk to. He made me feel that I was taken care of. Kane deserves a raise. That type of customer service has to be paid for. Imagine what Kane can do to your other customers? When I first contacted customer service, I though smart fares was the worst company. They even made me try of how bad I felt, but Kane fixed that. Please reward Kane in working perfectly in everything that I told him.

    Hello Eugene,

    I just purchased my first flight on Smart Fares due to the excellent assistance of Chavo at your Call Center. He was professional, kind and efficient. I had no plans to book the flight when calling, but just wanted to inquire.

    While waiting on the chat, I called the customer service number because I got a note that you were experiencing very high call volume to call the 800 number. So I did, but I didn’t end my chat hold. I’m so thankful that I didn’t.

    The lady on the phone was impatient with my simple request, and quoted me a price twice the amount I was able to book my fare for with Chavo. Before ending my call with her I told her the quote couldn’t possibly be that as I was looking at an online price for half of her quote. She said that price was per one way. Fortunately, about this time Chavo was able to chat and assist me and I completed my booking with him.

    Chavo is a wonderful asset to your company. Please offer him a raise! If it’s possible to find out the lady who assisted me, please give her more training so she is as competent and knowledgeable as Chavo.

    I’m looking forward to a great experience with this purchase. Will let you know after the flights how it went.

    I take this opportunity to thank Lazar who was the only person on your team who actually tried to assist me when I encountered problems with my ticket.

    The change was made by the airline for a small fee of $25 and I was able to reach my destination.

    My advice to your team is that, when an email of a sensitive nature is sent to a customer and you do not hear from that customer the best thing to do is follow up with a call. In my case the email went to Junk and there was no way of me meeting your deadline.

    I made a booking today that unfortunatly went sour. I gave up on your services and vowed never to do business with your company again: One after another, employees were either hasty, not caring, ineffecient.
    But at midnight - after several begging hours a Star showed up ( mr Star). He examined the issue, asked me questions, reviewed documents, refered to someone And courteously, humanly, and professionally explained what happened and reported to me the solution in no time, in no ambiguity. The solution that was fare and just. That was honesty. That was right thing to do. GUESS WHAT:
    I am coming back and I'll let all my people to come with me to do business with you as long as there would be some other Starc's in your company. And this a story of an exemplary employee.

    Zoltan was helpful and very clear about price changes which can fluctuate from minute to minute. I was satisfied with the price offered and happy to be travelling on a major airline - Delta - for this price.

    The website said I have 12 hours to claim a refund if not satisfied. I am pretty sure I will be happy with this ticket, but if it is your policy to wait 12 hours then issue the ticket, please do that.

    I went online with frustrations on booking my family's vacation trip to the mainland to visit other family and friends. The itinerary consisted of a multi-city trip, plus hotel and car at each city.
    It has always been uneasy to book a vacation trip.

    Your customer support Eugene went out of his way to help me have a great experience and that all hope is not lost in booking my family's trip. (lol) He actually went through the trouble of getting me multiple options in hotels until i was satisfied with the hotel, its location, its price. as well as the information of the hotel. I applaud him due to not only the hotel but he did that as well for the car rental and the flight itinerary (for each city). He also provided me his advice, opinion, and reason as to why I should pick the hotel, car, and flight. For every question I had, he was very knowledgeable and quick into giving me the right and answer and information.

    Working his position as to dealing with different people everyday and from one's experience I must admit shamelessly that, I have given him a hard time.. or I played as the customer that nobody would want to deal with. Yet he was and had handled the situation very professionally. I'd like to apologize to him again but most of all THANK HIM and let you know how much of a great customer support he has given. From beginning to end he did his job more than he needed to... 120% GREAT JOB WELL DONE!...

    Because of Eugene my family and I can enjoy and look forward to our trip, and my frustration was put to ease. I would highly recommend him as well as smartfares.com because of him.

    I would like to convey my hearty thanks to Rico. I was lucky to get Rico online in my third attempt of calling today. First two got disconnected abruptly and I was afraid if Rico's call is also going to get disconnected. But he stayed with me till the end and helped me out.
    Actually I had to book the tickets for the second time because of some miscommunication by two of the chat support agents (Pete and Gibson). They not only told that my tickets were not confirmed but also asked me to pay 491$ (instead of the booking price 434.60) to get the same tickets at the same time. So I had booked it again today morning.

    But Rico was very clear and professional right from the beginning. His questions were up-to the point, to understand my situation exactly and also extended his level best to help me out. He really deserves a big applause. He is capable of leading a team. please do convey my Kudos.

    I appreciate of Kane Myers service with helping to resolve a booking situation.

    I had neglected to notice the 14 hour layover, which created a problem and he was able to resolve with a new reservation. He was careful in ensuring no double credit card charges were incurred, as well as making sure the airline reservation properly showed on American's website.     Most importantly, he connected me with the passenger (who has no internet), so the three of us heard the same conversation and the passenger could make decisions on his own while I was able to verify the Internet proceedings. I want to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Pedro & with he's wonderful help ,I was able to book my flights on the times & dates I was hoping to get. I was having many problems trying to book seats on flights from my home computer & needed your help to book my flights. Pedro was very helpful & spoke clearly , confidently & politely. How nice was it to deal with such a polite assistant . It was great & we even had a "short" conversation about the Sport of Cricket, a game we found we both love & had in common. I believe Pedro would be a great role model for your company & other call assistant's would learn greatly from watching how Pedro deals with clients ,like myself.     To the Supervisor of Anastasia.m,

    Today was my third attempt to book a flight through AirGorilla.com.

    For reasons i did not totally understand the first two bookings did not go through. I have called at least 3 different times today alone, The first two men i spoke to basically blew me off. The third i could barely understand her English.Then i spoke with Anastasia. I was highly irritated with the situation. She was eager to help me resolve this confusion. She even took the time to explain what the problem was. From what she explained there was an issue with Bank of America. She requested pictures of my id, bank information, and passport. She went so far above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. If the people i had spoken with before concerning this booking had been a helpful as she was it would have saved me $300. With all the effort Anastasia put into helping me, i am not even concerned about the money. Employees like Anastasia are what make people repeat customers. When i need to fly again, i personally would rather contact her specifically than waste my time searching online. Even if she is not able to get me the cheapest flight, She has earned my trust and respect.

    This may not be a formal survey coming from your company but I would like to commend Danilo the representative who assisted me today for acting fast regarding my concern. He was so nice and patient. I don't know how you give ratings to your representatives but in a scale of 1-5 and 5 is the highest then I would give him a perfect 5. You should hire more representatives like him and give him a raise or incentives. When I was charged for the declined transaction I was about to burst and warn friends who are using your site for booking flights but because of Danilo you can assure that I will recommend your website to others.
